Fantastic .. Gastronomical

I visited the Hotel & Catering Show at the Bournemouth International centre this week.

I had no idea what to expect?

Wow!  Among other things this is a fantastic gastronomical show!

And here at the BIC was my first introduction to Head Chef, James Golding, at The Pig Hotel.  His passion for his food and locally foraged vegetables is inspirational!

I was invited to take photographs.  The enthusiasm of this chef is captivating!

You know what that means?  I will have to get my husband to take me to the restaurant at The Pig Hotel!
