Wow! Among other things this is a fantastic gastronomical show!
And here at the BIC was my first introduction to Head Chef, James Golding, at The Pig Hotel. His passion for his food and locally foraged vegetables is inspirational!

As you can see, the tasting went down well!
I was so mezmerised that I was too late to taste!
You know what that means? I will have to get my husband to take me to the restaurant at The Pig Hotel!
