You Just Have to See ...Coton Manor

It seems a while since my last blog!  I can only apologise to our followers and say that work has got in the way of blogging!

Not a complaint, of course, as work is what keeps the wolves from the door, food in our mouths and all the other old cliches!

But we did have a lovely weekend away with friends and came back feeling totally recharged and ready for the busy Summer of weddings!

My friend, knowing how much I love gardens, always visiting Exbury whenever I can, said 'you just have to see the bluebells at Coton Manor'.
A child looks so small in this fabulous carpet of bluebells

I was determined to have a rest and went camera free on this trip, just relying on my phone on a 'just in case basis'.

However, Malcolm decided that a camera is always necessary and a phone is not!  Whew, thank heavens because I could not have captured this image on a phone camera!

This image would make a wonderful print for the wall.

Now, there's a thought .. an image from any of our professional cameras could be enlarged to the size of a wall, if necessary ... I wonder .... our conservatory wall ..... maybe?

The bluebells will soon be gone, but there are and will be other amazing plants to see in the amazing gardens at Coton Manor.

I have more fab photos of the gardens and will share soon, but this little child in the middle of the bluebells just shows the magnitude of these fabulous bluebell woods.

Thank you to our friends for a fab weekend and taking us to Coton Manor!
